We offer a variety of leasing options to suit your timeline, with terms currently ranging from 7 to 14 months.
What size apartments does your community offer?
Our community features comfortable and well-designed floor plans, including one-bedroom apartments at 777 sq. ft. and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 915 to 922 sq. ft.
What utilities, if any, are included in the monthly rent?
At this time, there are no utilities included in the monthly rent. Mandatory utility package is additional cost.
What amenities does your community offer?
Residents have access to an impressive array of on-site amenities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, barbecue area, and social room, as well as a private movie theater and a business center for all your professional needs.
Does your community have EV charging stations? If not, are there any nearby?
While we do not currently have charging stations on-site, there is a convenient charging location at the Target just one mile away from the property.
Where can guests park?
We provide designated guest parking spaces located conveniently next to the pool area for your visitors.
Is there public transportation nearby?
Yes, the Metrorail is easily accessible and located approximately two miles from our community.
What attractions are nearby?
We are located right near the Morguard shopping plaza, which features a variety of popular retailers like Target, Best Buy, and Michaels, along with a wide selection of nearby dining options to explore.
How does your community sort and receive mail/packages?
Standard mail is handled through our on-site mail room, while packages are typically delivered directly to your front door for maximum convenience.
